Question:

I have a 2020 F350 single rear wheel. The fifth wheel pin weight will be about 4,300 pounds. Which air lift bag should I go with? The 5000 or the 7500? I have read in some forums that with loads near the max weight of the bag, it can struggle to get the truck level. But I have also read that the 7500 lift the rear of the truck higher than normal when the bags aren’t filled up and the truck is empty which I want to avoid, I also want to have a comfortable ride when empty if possible but dont want my truck higher when its empty and bags are deflated. So I can’t decide. I know both options have the jounce bumper so I would go with that on either one. Can you assist?

Hey Dan, I would go with the 5,000 lb rated part # AL35FJ for your 2020 Ford F-350 as it will give you the support you are wanting without affecting suspension height like you had read about.

Which air compressor so you recommend? Air Lift Wireless Air or Airlift WirelessONE? Also, is the mounting bracket worth the extra price?

@Dan I prefer the Air Lift WirelessONE part # AL25980EZ since it has what's considered a heavy duty compressor which means it will inflate the bags quicker. It also comes with a remote or can be controlled with a smart phone. This comes with the EZ mount as well.
