Updated 11/18/2021 | Published 11/11/2021

Question:

This car is very similar to 4Runner. Need dimensional drawing for curt c13087, C13157 to make sure. Maybe the drawtite 75091 or the curt c13445 Ive got dimensions on the frame for the Prado are and where the weld nuts are but want to make sure theyll line-up with the hitch I buy. Can you help?

I may have an alternate option available that will require drilling to get installed, but with your 1996 Toyota Prado not being an American market vehicle, I cannot confirm the fit of any hitch we carry. I did include diagrams for the Curt # 13445 and # C13087, as well as the Draw-Tite # 75091 for you to take a look at though.

With that being said, check out the Draw-Tite # 5350. This is technically designed for use on an RV, but may suit your needs very well. It will definitely fit your frame width and is rated up to 5,000 pounds towing and 500 pounds of tongue weight. Again, it will require drilling, but will ultimately be the best option we have for your vehicle.
