Hello i have a customer that is looking to put a front mount on his 1998 4 runner is this 65041 going to work on that vehicle i have been having a very hard time finding one found the warn front receiver but customer does not want to pay that much money for it

I have a few different options for you, but the Draw-Tite Receiver # 65041 is not going to fit a 1998 Toyota 4Runner.

If you want to stick with the Draw-Tite brand, I recommend going with the Max-Frame Hitch Receiver # 75091. It is a Class III hitch, has a 2 inch receiver, and is rated for a max of 500 lbs Tongue Weight and 5,000 max Gross Trailer Weight.

We also have the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13087. This hitch also has a max tongue weight of 500 lbs and a 5,000 max gross trailer weight.

Since they both have a limited lifetime warranty, it is really just up to preference.
