Which Class III hitch is recommended for a 2021 Nissan Rogue. They all look pretty much the same.

Expert Reply:

We offer the Draw-Tite # DT85MR, the etrailer brand # e93ZR and the Curt # C24HR Class III hitches, all of which will fit your 2021 Nissan Rogue.

All three hitches have identical towing/tongue weight capacities of 3500/525 lbs. The Curt and the etrailer brand are nearly identical, with the only difference between the two is the finish, the etrailer brand hitch has a matte finish while the Curt hitch finish is glossy.

Given the choice between the three, I'd personally choose the Draw-Tite # DT85MR. It installs to the vehicle using 6 bolts, versus the 4 used by the Curt and etrailer brand. The gusset used to attach the receiver tube to the crossbar is more substantial on the Draw-Tite versus the etrailer and the Curt, so although all three hitches share the same capacity, I'd prefer the hitch with the more robust design.

If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness, part # TK76FR, a # D-28 ball mount, # PC3 hitch pin and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch trailer ball.
