The Tilting Base for Saris SuperClamp Hitch Racks item # SAR56VR does not come with a locking screw and nut. You will need to purchase the replacement Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin for Saris Bike Racks item # SA3021. If you would like an anti rattle hitch pin that locks I recommend the Hitch Tite Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Saris Bike Racks with 1-1/4" and 2" Shanks item # SA3022. This is compatible with the tilting base SuperClamp.
