It can come apart easily to be used as either just a bike rack or a cargo carrier if you didn't need to have both at the same time. We only have a hitch bike rack/cargo basket which will carry up to 2 bike like the Saris # SAR72MR you found. You might consider putting a roof rack with cargo carrier on your roof and having a 4 bike Rack # BA22B-BA02B in your receiver. Hi James; the Saris MHS UNO Modular 2-Bike Rack with Cargo Carrier # SAR72MR has a capacity of 35 lbs per bike so it will not be able to hold your QuietKat Ibex. The highest capacity option for a system like this with the basket is the Yakima EXO # Y54ZR but even that is limited to 40 lbs per bike.

Hey Scott, great question but no you can not add a bike rack to the end of the 32x48 Reese Solo Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # PS1040100.
You'd instead need to use something like the Saris MHS UNO Modular 2-Bike Rack with Cargo Carrier # SAR72MR which is a 2 bike rack with an integrated cargo box.
The bike rack portion of this rack has a 70 lb total capacity, and the cargo carrier portion has a 160 lb capacity.

Good morning Allan. I have a solution for you, but unfortunately that Hollywood racks setup is discontinued. I'd check out the Saris MHS UNO Modular 2-Bike Rack with Cargo Carrier - 2" Hitches # SAR72MR. This is a similar concept and allows you to fit 2 bikes of just about any size (max weight of 35lbs per bike), and you get the cargo rack on there too!
