I have a 2021 Airstream International with a Furrion stove, model number FGHWCLDA-SS. Do you sell a die-cast grate to replace the cheap wire one that comes stock on my model stove?

Since we have confirmed with Furrion that the replacement top part # C-FSRE21SA-SS-003 fits your FGHWCLDA-SS that means that you could use the grate part # CFSRE21SA002 as well to upgrade what you have.
