Hello neighbors. It's Brad here at etrailer. And today we're taking a look at the Furrion die-cast grate for your range cooktop in your RV. This is going to be a quick and easy way to upgrade the look and the functionality of your RV's kitchen. So this isn't obviously something you would do while camping but just to kind of give you an idea, I'm going to just lift this up and you can see pots definitely sliding pretty easily on this end. When you have hot water or anything in here that you're cooking, you don't want that sliding around and potentially causing a mess or getting hurt from it.
Now doing the same test on our new die-cast here, you can see it's actually holding onto it. It's got quite a bit of grip. In fact, I can continue to lift this and it's still holding that pot in place. So as you can see quite a bit higher, so it does a great job of making sure that they stay in place. And it actually has a little bit of grip there just to kind of give it that friction.
And that's really what you want when you have something that's hot on the stove. Now you can see this kitchen has actually been updated and it really has a nice modern kind of farmhouse look to it, but that kind of grate just looks pretty basic. This gives it a really nice homey feel. It really makes it look a little more upscale on our stove top here. And also you get that added benefit of the pots actually staying in place.
Now, this is going to be a direct replacement for your 3-burner Furrion oven ranges but you can actually put this on a bunch of different ones. In fact, we have an Atwood here that it fits onto. And this is a really popular upgrade for a lot of you Airstream owners that have the dometic. It's they have a very similar wire style as we had on here previous. And a lot of people we're having the same issue with their pots and pans moving around, this just drops into place.
It's quick and easy. It makes it look good. And the functionality is absolutely there. So you can see it's a two piece design here. This front burner is going to be a little bit larger. In fact, you can see I stack it here. It's got about an inch difference. So let's get some width measurements first as these are going to be the same. This is coming in right at about 19 inches, our front burner here. This grate is eight and a quarter. And our back one here is right at seven. So that's going to total for 15 and a quarter overall on your length there. Now I am going to show you here it does have this four pin design per burner and that's going to be that direct replacement for the Furrion. And some of your other stoves with that wire rack is going to have a rubber grommet here in each corner. So you may say, well, it's not putting, it's not plugging into there. How do I know that it's going to stay in place Well, once these are in place I'm actually putting a decent amount of pressure pulling it back towards me. It's not going to fall off, it stays in place. Now, obviously, if you lift it up, it will but just having pressure alone and the gravity holding it there, it's not going to come loose. So you can tell that it looks great and whenever you're done cooking and it's cooled down our neighbor here actually has a wood block here to put as a cover. And that looks great as well. And it's also definitely not sliding off. And that was a look at the Furrion die-cast range grates for your oven cooktop..
Perfect fit on the stove in our 2025 Airstream Pottery Barn.
These grates should have been installed to begin with, especially in the upscale version of our Airstream. The fit and finishes of the cast grates matches the luxury level of our Pottery Barn.
This was an excellent choice to replace my OEM grates for the Atwood range top in my 2014 Tiffin Phaeton. I researched solutions and after careful consideration o for the information available thru etrailer’s site, I made the calculated risk decision to order and hope they would fit my stove top. They fit perfectly! I have just received the snap in nickel plated hole plugs and hi-temp EPDM leg cushions recommended by another recommendation on etrailer and they are also a perfect solution. I may chose different hole plugs for SS solution down the road if these start to oxidize. Good information, Good Suggestions & good reviewer insights made this a perfect choice

High quality nice upgrade and personalization for my $140,000 Airstream Globetrotter. etrailer is the best!
Airstream 2022 Globetrotter FBT: The grate is a little pricey, but etrailer had the best price and service. I couldn’t be happier, it’s a great upgrade and looks like a residential stove top (which is way better than the flimsy factory burner covers). We’ve been using it for a year and no issues. It still looks new. (Picture attached is after 1 year that included 3+ months of consistent use)
I had ordered a new grate (a suburban) and it did not fit and after adjustments it still did not fit well enough. I debated about this one and finally decided it was worth a try. I don’t like to return items so there was a moment of hesitation. 250% EXTREMELY satisfied, it was a perfect fit and took about 10 seconds to install in my 2016 Airstream Classic. Super fit. I’m loving my experience and choice.

We love the die-cast grates. They are super durable and look great.
The customer service has been by far the best experience! However, we received grates (two separate times) that were defective (one or more of the feet were broken). Second time my husband decided to fix the problem with a work around. These grates fit our Airstream stove like a glove and we believe will make our cooktop safer. Something needs to be done about the feet. Thank you..
The grate arrived broken the packaging material was very limited. I have contacted Melisa and she is supposed to send my a return shipping label. I am waiting for that label. I have emailed her twice about getting the label.I sent her a photo of the broken item.
I purchased these stove grates as a replacement for the OEM grates in our 2024 Airstream Globetrotter 25fbt. The fit is perfect, the glass cover also fits perfectly and I can tell we won't have pans sliding or tipping with these grates.

These grates are a game changer. My pots would slip and slide across the original grates that came with our Airstream. Now, I feel safe when cooking as the pots stay in place. I absolutely recommend these grates!
Fits as well as original equipement in 2024 Airstream Flying Cloud 23fb queen. Being. in two pieces versus the one piece of the original, easier to clean since you can do one half at a time
etrailer’s Furrion range grate fits the Dometic brand range that came with our 2016 Airstream Classic. The fit was so good that I needed to temporarily remove one screw to slide the front half of the new grate in. Then I put the screw back assuring a secure fit. Finally, there turned out to be a open screw hole at the front of the grate that upon inserting a screw (I supplied), allowed me to make sure the grate wouldn’t move. Perfect! I highly recommend this much, much needed improvement to the Dometic range that comes standard with the Airstream Classic! Btw, the glass top closes as if made for the Furrion grate.

Very nice upgrade from the original grate in our 2025 Airstream Pottery Barn. Good experience and quick shipping, we will definitely be returning to etrailer for future needs.
I love my new grates! I never liked the original set up because besides looking cheap they were not very functional, pans would easily become unstable on the little burner. Now it’s as if I have more counter space and don’t have to worry about pan being wobbly or uneven. Thank you!

I’m so glad I bought the grates. My cooktop is much more functional and I think it is more aesthetically pleasing.

1 year later and there are no issues. Works way better than the original grate.
This was a huge upgrade for our Dometic CU-434 range top. The little wire grates now live in the trash bin. Why you would not put a full size grate on doesn't make sense. Your pots and pans had minimal support but with this Furrion full coverage grate it is not an issue and it fit perfectly, not mods needed and the flush cover closes all the way. Who ever discovered this fix for the CU-434, Thank you!!

Excellent, I see our model CU-434 is now discontinued, hope the new model has full size burner grates.
Fits perfect in our 2021 25’ Globetrotter FBT. So much better than what came with it.

Great product. Really should be something installed at Airstream as it fits like a glove and is easy to clean. Very stable with all sorts of pots and pans.

Wonderful product. Fit like a glove in my 2016 Airstream Classice stove top.
I purchased this to replace the cheap stock wire frame that came on our 2025 Airstream. The fix is perfect but one of the bottom points that go into the rubber locators was broken. Looks like it broke during shipping because the piece was in the box. It still has the other 3 points so I'm hoping that it will stay in place and no more points break off.
I got this for my airstream trailer - it fits well and is much nicer to cook with
These fit perfectly and are a nice upgrade from the cheap wire grate that the mfg. put in a new travel trailer. Etrailer did a good job of keeping me updated on order status and shipping info.
