AJ What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we've been checking out this replacement top for your Furrion two-in-one stove. So this is gonna replace the stainless steel part that goes around the bumpers and the glass top. Let's check it out. So this is gonna be a good replacement just in case you broke the glass on the top of your stove. Or there is something wrong with the stainless steel and you wanna replace that.
Maybe it's stained or you just want to get rid of it. It's a really easy part to switch out. We've already popped this one out off of the stove already installed. Now I'm gonna show how to put it back in. Let's go through how to remove the original top.
So we're gonna get the grill up and outta the way, easily just lifts, and you set that aside. With the grill removed we can just pop out the stainless steel top. So you're gonna pull up from the backside here to pop it out. If you don't have the glass, that's why you're replacing it. You just wanna clean up that glass.
You don't deal with that going around or getting it in there anymore than it already has. If you do have the glass still in place just be careful with it, you don't wanna break it. So lifting up on this portion will pop out the back. (glass back closing) (glass back popping off) Just load up there and you can lift the whole top up and out. There's should be two tabs towards the front that are underneath.
You don't have to do anything with them. Just pull back and remove the top. Putting the new one back into place, it's easy as well. You're gonna want to angle it so those tabs right here go underneath. So we'll slide that up as we lower it down, move towards the front and once it looks like it's right there in place, pull up a little bit more. We'll just push down on the back. (stove top popping on) That's installed. Overall, it really is that simple. It's a great replacement part. I like knowing that I can just replace that top. If something was to go wrong, that glass breaks, it's not a huge deal to have to take this whole thing apart. Take the whole oven out and replace it. You just pop the top off and replace it with the new one and you're done. Well, I think that does it. Thanks for hanging out and hope this helped.
Part fits perfectly on my furrion stove top. It was as simple as removing the damaged stove top and putting the new one in place. Service was great from etrailer as well.

Installation takes 5 minutes no tools required.
To remove old top:
1) Remove cast iron grates on old top (not required but makes top lighter and easier to lift up)
2) Lift back of old top up 3-4 inches then slide towards rear 1 inch; this unlocks front tabs to fully remove top. If rear of top is hard to lift use a putty knife under the rear trim to assist in lifting. Dried spillages can make top stick.
3) Lift top out.
4) Install new top by keeping top up 4 inches in the back and setting the front on stove.
Note: Keep foam packing under glass top during install.
5) Slide top towards front making sure the two front tabs lock under the top frame of stove.
6) Gently lower back; then press down lightly and equally around top to seat into place.
Remove foam and push glass down.
Enjoy your new looking stove.

I use camper and my stove 6 months of the year. The glass top and frame still look new. OEM product top quality. The suggestion I have is prior to towing your trailer do the following to protect your glass top. Fold glass top up half way. Fold 2 separate a size paper towel in half then in half again. Place each paper towel under each side of hinge where top folds then fully close top. Doing this takes the loose fit under the hinges and protects top from bouncing helping to protect top from breaking. I plan on buying soft rubber or vinyl pads to stick on hinges but towels work just fine. My original top had play and broke where top folds. It could just be my stove but if not manufacturer should correct the design.
Perfect fit to replace the one that got broken! Great customer service all the way around. Item was not in stock when order was placed and then delayed a bit. Since we had to replace the glass top twice, when received the top last year, we had a family member make a neon sticker that says remember to lift the top. So far my elderly mom has seen the sticker prior to turning on the burner this is what broke it both times previously.

The stainless steel stovetop with glass cover was delivered in perfect condition. Install was very easy and stovetop looks great. The hardest part of the installation was getting the unit out of the box. Take your time removing the stovetop from the well cushioned box.

The top did not fit properly. The grate for the oven vents on the original were raised, the replacement were angled and basically flat. I ended up removing the glass cover and installing it on the old top.

The item arrived bent on one corner. Fortunately, my husband was able to pull it back out without it breaking, and we were able to install it, but it was disappointing to have to "fix" it before we could use it.
