Question:
I am needing to attach a receiver on my 2021 Infiniti Q50 to carry a bike rack. There are 2 receivers that look identical, a Curt and a Draw-Tite. Which one would be best used for my application?

Both the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11407 and Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24931 that are confirmed to fit your 2021 Infiniti Q50 are very similar both in how they attach to the overall construction.
We have been able to install both these receivers on a 2018 Infiniti Q50 and we were able to take measurements of the receivers on the vehicle. Both receivers had a hitch pin center hole measurement of 6" from the center of the pin hole to the rear of the bumper. The Curt receiver is slightly taller at 10-1/2" to the inside top of the receiver to the ground. The Draw-Tite was 10" measuring the same location.
Of these receivers I would recommend the Curt # C11407 as being the better option with the higher mounting point but also because it has a protective collar on the end of the receiver. This is especially important in the lower sitting vehicles like your Infiniti as if you ever backed into a tall curb or it drug the ground caused by a steep driveway the collar will provide additional strength to the end of the receiver tube preventing it from being damaged and your bike rack having issues sliding into the receiver. Curt does recommend using a Cam Buckle Stabilizing Strap # 18050 with any hitch mounted accessory like the bike rack you plan on using.
If you are needing a bike rack you need to ensure that it is compatible with a class I receiver. My recommendation would be the Kuat NV 2.0 Base 2-Bike Platform Rack # BA12B as it has a 3-1/2" rise built into the rack. This will give you additional ground clearance to keep your bikes safe. The rack will fold up nicely and sit near your rear bumper. The hitch pin center hole to the closest part of the rack is 7-7/8" leaving you 1-7/8" between your bumper and the rack. The rack is capable of hauling 2 bikes up to 60lbs each.
I recommend installing a Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56248 with your receiver as this will allow for you to use Auxiliary Lights # C53201. These lights will provide drivers behind you a clear view of tail lights as the tail lights on your Q50 will likely have bike tires impairing their view.
