There are two ways to level your trailer. One is to use a ball with a rise on it such as Curt # C40034 that you referenced. This part will work as long as your ball mount has a 1 inch diameter ball hole and you need only 2 inches of rise.
The other way is to get a ball mount with the required rise. The first step is to find out exactly how much height adjustment is actually required to level your trailer. With the vehicle and trailer uncoupled on level ground, measure the hitch height from the ground to the top of the receiver opening, then measure from the ground to the bottom of the trailers coupler with the trailer frame level. The difference in the two measurements will tell you the rise needed.
I have attached a FAQ article that also covers this method and will give you the way to measure to find out which ball mount you will need. Once you know the rise needed check out the product links attached. Two links are for the ball mounts available and the other link is for the balls. The ball mount links are for the 2-inch and 1-1/4-inch units
The ball pages I have linked are for a 2 inch ball and 1-7/8 inch ball.
