Bike Rack Recommendation for Trek Verve e-Bike with Fenders

Question:

Use for Trek Verve eBike with fenders. Can I use this with 1 ebike and another hybrid or road bike. Or is it just for non ebikes weighing less than 26 lbs

The Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # HR4000 can only hold up to 35 lb bikes. This rating isn't necessarily a "whole bike rack" rating as much as it is for the cradles and straps that hold each individual bike.

If you're only needing to carry 2 bikes at a time then I recommend checking out the Swagman E-Spec # S94FR or the Yakima OnRamp # Y36FR. The E-Spec is more cost-effective while the OnRamp uses the same type of clamping-style that the Hollywood destination uses to secure the bikes.

If you're needing to carry 4 bikes then we will need to get a bit creative because all of the 4-bike options that we currently offer (October 2021) secure the bikes by their wheels so the fender on your Trek Verve would be in the way.
