What is the difference between the Thule 9032 easy fold xt bicycle rack the the Thule 9032 easy fold xt-2 bicycle rack?

The Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 is just simply the latest version of the original Thule EasyFold 9032 which has some additional/improved features. The old carrier is referred to as the Thule EasyFold whereas the new carrier is referred to the Thule EasyFold XT. There is currently no such thing as the Thule EasyFold XT 2.

The first improved feature of the EasyFold XT is the ability to carry bikes with larger tires. The EasyFold XT will accommodate bikes with tires up to 3" wide whereas the EasyFold could only accommodate bikes with tires up to 2-1/2" wide. However, there is also the Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack part # TH985101 which will allow for bikes with up to 4-11/16" wide tires to be carried but this part is an add-on.

The second improved feature of the EasyFold XT is the integrated ramp which folds up, compared to the EasyFold's removable ramp. In the review video I have attached for you, you can see how the new integrated ramp works at around the 6:30 mark. Finally, the EasyFold XT has wheels which makes for moving the 50 lb carrier very easy.
