Yes, the Valterra EZ Valve Electric Waste Valve # E40B-8 uses the same size 3" Slip Hub with Flange # T1005 that you have on your sewer line already.
The Valve may benefit from being installed up in your enclosed underbelly with the Valterra ABS Solvent Cement # A05-0303 if you do camp when the weather is colder to help prevent the sewer pipes from freezing. It will also protect the valve from damage caused by road debris while you are driving.
