Question:

I have a Thule Easy Fold XT bike rack. I just ordered the adapter straps for my fat bike. It has 4inch tires. I saw some in stock but they are for a different model number. Are these the same parts???

I did some research into this for you and these are not the same parts. While both are made by Thule they are for different bike racks that have different attachment methods and the dimensions are different.

The Fat Bike Straps for Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH985101 that you are getting measure 25" long and 1" wide. They also attach using the existing hardware from your Thule EasyFold XT rack.

The Replacement Wheel Strap for Thule DoubleTrack Pro 2 Bike Platform Rack # TH8542378001 only measures 19" long and 13/16". It is a replacement for the Thule DoubleTrack rack and slides into that racks cradle for installation.
