Any idea which hitch goes with this rail setup?

Currently the only hitch I know of that uses rails different than the ISR Industry Standard Rails is the Demco Hijacker # DM8550032. This uses a different type of Underbed Rail and Installation Kit # DM8551000 that only has 4 holes that the hitch will drop into and lock onto.

While it is possible to have another type of system that may have been discontinued you can send me pictures and measurements of what you do have and I can use that information to determine if there is anything else we can do for your rails.

The rails you have are Valley Industries base rails and they are obsolete. No one produces a 5th wheel hitch that will fit those rails currently. I recommend installing the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit # RP50082-58 for a new set of rails. This will allow you to use a Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30928 or any 5th wheel hitch that will connect to a set of Industry Standard Rails.
