Now if your truck already has industry standard rails, this hitch is going to be a simple drop in replacement. So you're not gonna have to worry about purchasing custom rails or adapters. That's gonna save you installation time and cost.
This is just going to pin and clip into your current rails. And these do include the pins and clips to get those attached to your rails. So just basically demonstrating how to couple. (metal clanking) So as you can see, that's nice and secure, going back out to the wide view here. So the handle is going to snap into a locked position, as you probably saw in that overhead view once everything is in place, so you're gonna be ready to go down the road. And then to uncouple, it's gonna be very easy. You're just gonna take this handle and then that's going to allow you to uncouple just like that. But again, just to show you from that angle here, (metal clanking) that's gonna be how easy this is going to be to couple and you'll have a nice secure connection. Now, finding the perfect hitch height can be tricky sometimes, but with the height adjustment, I wanna give you a a side view here just to show you where you would adjust this here. This has a height adjustment ranging from 16 inches to 19 inches. So this is gonna be very easy to align this hitch to your trailer to get that level towing that you're looking for. And all you're gonna have to do is loosen up the hardware here, set that head where you want it, at whatever height's gonna work best for you, and then tighten down that hardware and you're gonna be good to go. So no more bumpy rides or trailer sway on uneven roads. This hitch is going to come equipped with a dual articulating hitch head that's going to pivot front to back and side to side. So that's gonna help minimize chucking and contribute to a smoother, more stable towing experience. Great price on this hitch, it also shipped really fast so I could get back on the road. TY
The hitch itself is fine, but the Pullrite packaging needs a lot of work. 3 out of 4 corners of the hitch sheet metal was damaged because the shipping container was only light cardboard and offered no real protection for the hitch. I had to use hammer to pound the corners straight and all is good now.
