I have a 2012 F250 6.7l diesel. 6-3/4 Foot Bed with Factory Rail Kit Just want to make sure this is the right model for my vehicle. Thanks.

The 2012 Ford Super Duty trucks with the Ford factory tow prep package use the Reese Elite Series rails. These rails can only be used with the Reese Elite Series hitches and not the B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter, # BWRVK3400, which you referenced.
