The Kenda 5.70-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C # AM30120 you were looking at nor any of the 5.70-8 tires available come with a M speed rating of 81 MPH and instead are all rated to 65 MPH.
A Load Range D tire is an 8-ply tire and will be able to carry a heavier load than a load range C, 6-ply, tire.
The # AM30120 you were looking at is indeed a 6-ply tire with a load rating of 910lbs at 75 PSI. If you were needing a heavier duty tire you would need a load range D tire that is 8-ply such as the # AM10013 which has a 1075lb load rating at 100 PSI, though there is not a 4 lug 8" wheel that has a load rating over 910lbs.
Lastly the wheel and tire combination # AM30120 does indeed have the 4 on 4" bolt pattern.
I included a video of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
