This setup is built for serious work. The Kenda 5.70-8 bias tire carries a maximum load of 1,075 lbs at 100 psi with an 8-ply rating and a K?(65 mph) speed rating. It’s matched to an 8" x 3-3/4" steel wheel rated at 910 lbs, so you can count on dependable strength for highway or heavy-duty use. Both the tire and wheel meet DOT specifications for peace of mind under load.
No need to make a trip to the tire shop. This Kenda tire comes pre-mounted and aired up out of the box, so you can bolt it on and get rolling right away. Owners call out how good it feels to have brand-new tires and wheels installed in minutes with no extra hassle.
The 8" steel wheel is finished with white powder coat over an e-coat primer that keeps rust and corrosion away. It stays clean and sharp looking even after regular exposure to water or road grime, giving your setup a fresh, durable look that lasts season after season.
The bias construction uses tough nylon cords set at a 30°–45° angle in alternating layers for stiff sidewalls and uniform flex. That design gives you stable handling and a smoother ride when trailering over uneven surfaces—just what you need when the road turns rough or gravelly.
Everything about this combo is designed for easy fitment. The wheel uses a common 4 on 4" bolt pattern, a 2.5" pilot diameter, zero offset, and 1/2"-20 lugs. With a section width of 5.8" and an outer diameter of 18", you know exactly what space it’ll take once mounted and inflated.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

Product was as ordered. Only place I could find this size tire with a D rating like what was spec'd on the trailer. Needed tires for a trip I was about to take so I ordered them Sunday morning with 3rd day delivery. Received notice Sunday afternoon that the order had shipped. Received the tires Wednesday morning, 2 days. Packaging was great for a pair of tires. Heavy card board box with handles built into the box and extra dunnage inside to make sure the tires didn't shift. Overall good price, great service and delivery.
Refurbished 1984 Coleman Columbia pop up with upgraded tires. The new 5.70-8 tires look great and fit perfectly in the wheel wells with plenty of clearance. We went from a 4.80-8 load class C tire to new 5.70-8 load class D high speed trailer tires.

Motorcycle trailer carrier, wheel hub sizing matched perfectly. I went with the top load rating, 975 lbs each tire, and I also ordered a matching spare.
These are just what I needed. I had hi run tires that weren’t rated for highway speeds so I ordered these and they fit like a glove. Good tires with a nice tread on them. Now I can go with the flow of traffic on the highways and not worry about blowing a tire.

Still going strong!
Ordered on Saturday and received new tires on tuesday. Tires were what i was looking for. I will be placing another order for my dual axle enclosed trailer soon. Thank you e-trailer
Look GREAT! Already have them on my tra iler!
Only issue was when I placed the order the wheels were to arrive on a Monday but the date was changed to Tuesday after I placed it Needed the tires by Wednesday so it worked out. Caused me some concern and had to track the ordered.
Great price and delivery time on the tires. I was expecting them to be inflated to 100 PSI but they were only at around 60 psi. I would definitely buy from them again.
This is my third pair. They are very good tires and wheels.
I changed the tire size from 480/8 to 570/8.
Wasn't sure if I could do this but with the help of the web site and the list of spec I was able to figure it out and ordered the the HD tires and wheel.
Tire apear to be very good quality.
Came in very quick, packing was great.

After one year in use, tires still look like new and the paint on the wheels is holding up very well.
After reading reviews, i went up to the next size bigger. Works great looks great just had to move my tie down ratchet straps a little to accommodate the taller tire. Couldn't be happier. ETRAILER is super fast deliveries & has everything i have needed to maintain multiple trailers.

That’s great to hear, and sounds like you made a solid call going up a size. It’s always nice when the only tradeoff is just shifting your straps a bit and everything else works even better than before. Really appreciate you sharing that too, especially managing multiple trailers. That kind of real world experience helps a lot of folks feel more confident when they’re deciding what direction to go.
