Based on the picture you provided it looks you your hinge only has two points of contact. Since we do not have a 2-point hinge replacement I recommend using the Replacement Lid for Jensen, Ventline, Elixir, and Ventadome RV Roof Vents # A10-3375 as it has a bracket that will let it attach to any vent.
You could also use the MaxxAir Standard RV and Trailer Roof Vent Cover - 19" x 18-1/2" x 9-1/2" - White # MA00-933066 which would allow you to always have the vent open, even when traveling or in inclement weather. This UV-resistant cover installs over your roof vent and comes with a removable bug screen that keeps insects out.
