It's made of white polypropylene which is impact resistant and which is translucent and let's some day light through into your RV. It's pre-assembled for quick and easy installation. As you can see the rust resistant hinges are already on here as is the mounting bracket here. This piece fits the 14 by 14 inch Jensen vent with a pin style hinge made prior to 1994.
