The Hinge pic part worked perfectly, but the arm connection was too big; the arm on the trailer was very small. So, I need one with a pin hinge but a small opening for the arm to raise or lower.

Etrailer was beyond great. At first I ordered a product that was out of stock (not aware at the time) i shortly received an email saying my delivery would be awhile and they gave me additional item #s that were in stock and would work for me. Then I called customer service and got everything worked out. All of this was on a Sunday! Then my delivery came a week sooner than anticipated. 10/10 would order from etrailer in the future.

After a year, the product is holding up well. It has not faded from the sun nor has it become brittle as did the OEM part. I am carrying a spare with me as my other vent still has the OEM part and it will likely fail soon.

Wonderful, Friendly, people good customer service. Product (#CAM40153) was spot on replaced a vent cover (original) in bath for (2002 Coachmen Class C) fit like a glove, opens/closes very smooth now. A couple of trips up the ladder and ta dah all total time 20-30 mins. All good waiting for the rain. Thanks Much to all Ray D.
