How to Install the Cable Lock Included with the Swagman Current Bike Rack

Question:

Received our rack. Inside box was cable. Is that to secure the bike onto the rack to prevent theft? How is it attached?

Yes. The cable you're referring to on the Swagman Current Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # S64678 is designed to secure the bikes to the rack.
