Since hitch bolts are torque-to-yield like with the etrailer hitch part # e98844 that you referenced it is not required that you retorque the hardware. Just one to spec and you're good.

Although both the Curt #C77NR and #C37BR both look to be identical there is a small difference in the #C77NR that allows it to be compatible with 2022 and 2023 Kia Niro models, whereas the #C37BR is only compatible with 2022 models.

Hey Randy, there is a big enough difference between a 2019 and a 2023/2024 Kia Niro that a new hitch had to be made so you'd need to go with the part #C77NR.
