The Blue Ox # BLU79FR tow bar wiring kit is a fit for the 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL, and wouldn't fit your 2017 JK. The good news is, we do offer a plug and play option that will work with your JK.
I'd recommend the Hopkins # HM56200 which would install as shown in the linked video.
You'll also need a tow bar, base plates, safety cables and a supplemental braking system. If you'd like some recommendations for any of those parts, just let me know. You can see options by using the link I've provided.
