Do you leave the factory 2 wiring plugs in tail light unhooked when using the wiring harness for trailer plug on 2021 jeep grand cherokee. use the wiring harness plugs instead

The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C62VR will plug in line of the factory wiring harness on your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I have included a picture of the drivers side connections. The female connector from the Cherokee will plug into the male connector on the Curt wiring harness. The female connector of the harness will then plug into the male connection on the taillight. You will not have any connections unhooked.
