We can get your 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee set up with a 7-way, though the right parts are going to depend on if you have the factory tow package or not. If you do, all you need is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way and 4-Pole Flat Connectors # C55774.

If you don't have the factory tow package on your Grand Cherokee you can add one by first installing a 4-flat, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C62VR, along with the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7.

You will first install the 4-flat, which will activate your trailer's lighting functions, and you'll then plug that into the 7-way that comes with the # ETBC7, which also gives you the wiring, circuit breakers, and rest of the hardware needed for installation.

@BrettJ Hello Brett, Yes this would be the only way since you do not have the factory tow package. You need to install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C62VR to get the lights working and the 4 flat on the back. Then you have to build on top of that with the Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller - 7-Way RV and 4-Way Flat - 10 Gauge Wires # ETBC7. With this install you will need to run a power line with a couple of amps under the hood back to the 7 way, you will also need to run a brake wire from the front to the rear as well. What are you looking to tow? Do you have a hitch, ball mount, and brake controller?
