You mention a 4 and 5 bolt pattern. I have a 6 bolt 5 1/2 pattern. Will this carrier work?

I have another option for you, but the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier # FSTC1000301 you were looking at only works with 4 and 5 bolt wheels, and will not work with your wheels that have the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern.
Instead I recommend the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier - Fits 4-, 5-, and 6-Lug Wheels # FHDSTC0101 which is a very similar carrier but will work perfectly with your spare wheel that has the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern.
