The 1-1/4 inch ball mount with the largest rise we offer is part # BR39FR from CR Brophy which offers a 5-1/2 inch rise. The rise of the ball mount doesn't need to be exactly equal to the height difference between the receiver and the trailer coupler height. As long as you can get within 1-2 inches, that'll be plenty close enough.
