The Curt RockerBall built into this mount uses ShockDrop technology with cushioned polyurethane isolators that compress under load, cutting down vibration and rattling. Matching your trailer height makes for safer, steadier towing. This ball mount provides a 2" drop or a 2" rise so you can dial in the right angle for level towing. With a 7-1/2" length from the center of the hitch pin hole to the center of the ball hole, it gives you dependable clearance while keeping your trailer tracking straight.
When you’re pulling serious weight, the last thing you want is weak gear. This forged steel setup is rated for 7,500 lbs gross towing weight and 750 lbs tongue weight, giving you dependable strength for mid-size campers, boats, or equipment trailers. The anti-swivel base keeps connection points tight and solid for steady towing every time.
Keeping sway in check makes towing more predictable. The built-in sway control tab gives you an attachment point for a friction sway control system (sold separately), helping calm trailer movement when crosswinds or passing trucks push against your rig. It’s a simple way to add stability without changing out your whole setup.
Towing gear takes plenty of abuse from weather and road grime. This RockerBall mount combines a chrome-plated ball with a carbide black powder coat finish on the mount to resist rust and wear. It’s virtually maintenance-free, with a built-in grease zerk so you can keep the isolator core lubricated for quiet operation season after season.
The hitch ball will sit 1-1/2" higher than a standard hitch ball due to the shock absorbing base.

The RockerBall is great. Only issue is that it won't work with the Ball Mount w/Sway control that was shipped with it.
May have to return both items if a fix isn't available.
The customer support I received pre-sale was outstanding. I had a lot of questions after I bought my new trailer and the etrailer rep was incredibly helpful. The ball mount is solid manufacturing. Fits the receiver and my sway bar perfectly.
Everything I buy from Etrailer is always what I expected to receive. Haven’t tried hitch yet but I know it Will accomplish what I need it to. Just surprised I received all in one piece sent it was shipped USPS. Came to Alabama, sent up to Pa. Then back to Me in Alabama. Box was shedded but everything was still in it. This has happen several other times as well! Lol

Good as expected
Great product. Easy install. Combined with Curt sway control bar and wireless brake control, have had no issues with 21' trailer sway diving across the country.
