My landing gear switch is not working anymore. The part# is AT141-134 NO.CH-16000346. I need to replace it. 2019 Artic Wolf 5th wheel.

While the specific Atwood switch you are in need of is no longer around since Atwood stopped offering it you can use the part # LG-145236 that you referenced as the switch setups are fairly universal in how they function.
