I just bought a truck camper and its over weight for my truck, I have air bags in it but it sways really bad in corners. Like being on a boat in the waves! Would this help or even stop that? Can I have your device with air bags to?

First off if the weight of your truck bed camper exceeds the payload capacity of your 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 then no suspension enhancement will fix the issue and your only option would be using a truck with a higher payload capacity. Suspension enhancement does not increase the capacities of your truck, and only supports your suspension while it is working within its capacities.

With that said as long as your air helper spring kit bolts to the axle and not the top of the leaf spring stack then the RoadActive Suspension Leaf Spring Enhancement kit like the # RAS3613-HD will work and will help fight sway and body roll like you are wanting.
