The Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller part # RED44FR comes with a universal switch mount. This can be used or you mount the control knob directly to the dash. These are the two options for a 2019 GMC Sierra. There is not a switch mount designed specifically for this vehicle.
