The Apogee Adapt-X 500 Folding Utility Trailer will have a receiver height of 16" tall. I do not have an exact measurement for your specific hitch height on your 2020 Lexus RX 450 with the factory hitch. Our aftermarket hitches ended up with a hitch height of 17-1/2" which if you have the same would result in a 2" Drop Ball Mount # DT49MR. This will include a 2" ball and receiver pin to connect the trailer.

If you plan on using different vehicles and hauling other trailers our etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 will provide you with 2 different drop ball mounts, a 2" ball, a 1-7/8" ball, receiver pins and a convenient carry bag.

I recommend using the Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock Set # 3794DAT to ensure the trailer stays secured to your vehicle when you are away. The set includes a receiver lock for both 1-1/4" and 2" receivers, an adjustable coupler lock and coupler storage lock. These are all keyed alike.

The Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps # EM34420 are a great strap to use to secure the ATV inside the trailer. They feature an auto retracting feature so that you do not have to wind up the excess strap and will store neatly and easily when not in use.

No sway bar will be necessary with this trailer. The current product availability can be found on the item pages.
