Durable tie-down straps pair quick-release action with a retractable design for easy loading and unloading. Any unused strap automatically retracts into the housing, and you can quickly release each strap by pushing a button. 1,500 lbs Max load.

Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.

This are the best ratchet straps I have ever owned, I will use them to tie down some, very heavy, very old hit and miss engines to my trailer.
Seem to be high quality, and they are very easy to operate. It's tough to find ratchet straps less than 10 feet, so these are a life-saver for me (we have a small trailer) and the 10 foot straps are too long to work. Love the release mechanism; even my 10 year old can use them no problem.
These are not my first set of these tiedowns ! The continue to work flawlessly and keep the tied motorcycles MUCH safer to step around.. NO LOOSE ENDS !! good value as well.

I think that Erickson makes a GREAT retractable ratchet strap. It is well built with coated hooks,push button strap release & the strap is seat belt like material. I will be using these straps for tying down ATV'S. THESES STRAPS ARE GREAT !!!
For someone like myself who trailers snowmobiles and boat maybe a handful each year, these are foolproof. It always seemed I was fumbling trying to figure out which way to feed the strap in to ratchet etc. usually having to undo and try again to tighten them or get too much strap caught up. These are effortless. My12 yr old did it with simple instructions. They appear to be of great quality also. Coated to help with rust etc. I'm writing this the day I received them so I unable to show pics. Just excited to share and believe there will be no disappointment Price very reasonable
These are my first time purchasing and using Retractable Ratchet Straps. Since my purchase, I have used them twice. They have worked well thus far, but most products work as designed when new. The strap material seems to be light however fully I understand these straps are only designed for 500lb work load.
Time will tell how the quality of these straps.....From the mechanisms getting dirty from rain/dirt traveling down the road to the longevity of the strap material.
Best tie-downs ever! We use the 1 inch straps to secure a motorcycle to a rack on the back of our RV. Been over 25,000 miles bouncing down the highway and these straps have never loosened. Wratching mechanism makes them so easy to use! Have recommended to many others!
Glad I found these straps on the etrailer site as they are awesome. The retract design is great and the ratchet action with pushbutton release is smooth and easy .The wife loves how easy they are to get the Kubota mower strapped down and ready to go without all the tangles and knots or breaking a nail ! I will definitely buy from etrailer again with their great communication and super fast shipping .
These were exactly what I was looking, I needed ratchet straps that could ratchet down to less than 15" from hook to hook and these can go less than 13". They ratchet smoothly and the retractable part of them prevents from having tails all over the place.
The best to use and the easiest. Very strong. I carry four in my truck all the time and use to secure cargo. Also to secure my UTV in my cargo trailer. You can't go wrong.

Excellent all the way
I bought these for my wife to tie her ATV down to the trailer. She gets frustrated with normal ratchet ties; how to use them, broken nails, stow away the excess etc. These ones are intuitive and she quickly got the hang of them without reference to the instructions! First impressions are great and it seems to be a quality product.
Now if only there was a self-reversing trailer I could get her for Xmas...

This is an update to my original review these ties were used about 12 times with no problem. After that all 4 got stuck when under tension. No amount of pressing the button or taking tension off the suspension would release the wretched things. So I cut them all off and threw them away. Going back to the old annoyingly flappy, but reliable ratchets. Wife still cant reverse the trailer either...

I drove a rental trailer with a large bagger motorcycle and a sportbike from Central Ohio to the Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Zion and Rocky Mountain National Park then back to Ohio. I used 4 straps per bike: two on the bars (lightly compressed to protect the fork seals) and two on the rear wheels ratcheted down hard. I unloaded and reloaded the bikes 5 times total over 3 weeks. Nothing budged...ever. These straps are AMAZING!
I am using these inside my modestly converted Sienna Minivan to tie down my eBike and camping supplies. Used them this weekend. Expensive, but worth it for me - big timesaver and my corgi inside the van does not move. Simple to tie down, quick to take down. Retractable feature is the key. Works as advertised, high quality product!

The retractable ratchet straps have been a winner all year. Looking back at these pictures I realize that since they were taken I converted my minivan by installing my self-designed internal, hard surface flat bed, including D-Rings a wood support frame with 38 4x8 plywood covered by heavy duty vinyl. The ratchets still hold down my cargo not corgi net loose loads and directly tie down my larger loads. I camp out for a week at a time with this setup and the straps make for quick loading and unloading of gear. NO QUESTION - would buy again, still holding up with minor wear and tear.
So much easier that traditional ratchet straps in both hooking them up and releasing them. Makes strapping my motorcycle down an easy, one man job.

These ratchet straps worked great holding gear bags down on the roof of our RV for 5 months while in Alaska. When we arrived home I used one strap to restrain movement on an implement after a very short time the strap broke. The ratchet portion on the straps have worked flawlessly when kept clean. The straps themselves are lightweight just pay attention to the weight of your load. Otherwise with lightweight use I’m very happy with them. I would rate them 4
