I have a 95 f250 towing 6000+ lbs with about 750-800 tongue weight with a 37inch frame. Which hitch?

For your 1995 Ford F-250 with the 37" wide frame I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 14001 as long as you have the standard bumper, or step bumper. This hitch has a 1000lb tongue weight rating and 10000lb trailer weight rating to accommodate the trailer you mentioned.
If you have a deep drop bumper you will need the # BWHDRH25198 which fits your 37" frame perfectly, and has a 1600lb tongue weight rating and 16000lb trailer weight rating.
