The Kenda Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Wheel/Tire, part # AM31951, is not fully dynamically balanced when the tire is mounted.

Full dynamic balancing of trailer tires is less critical than for passenger vehicle tires, where a severe out-of-balance condition could be noticeable. However, Kenda does match the low spot of the tire with the high spot of the wheel when mounting them to achieve a partial balance.
