Question:
Would it be possible to use BOTH the SumoSprings Custom Helper Springs along with the Firestone coil-rite 4118 on a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder? I’m leaning towards the firestone 4118 but if I still have more squat than desired with my new TT 3850 dry weight I wanted to understand if this would be an option or if it wouldn’tbe recommended? Note: I’ll be keeping the combined total tow and payload under 5200lbs ~14 under gvwr.

I have another option for you, but you would not want to use the SumoSprings # CSS-1195R and Firestone Coil-Rite # F4118 together on your 2018 Nissan Pathfinder as the SumoSpring will rub against the Firestone Coil-Rite and could cause issues.
Since your new travel trailer is over 50% of the weight of your Pathfinder you would be better off with a weight distribution hitch to level the trailer and prevent sag.
A weight distribution hitch redistributes the tongue weight of the trailer from just the rear axle to both axles of the tow vehicle and all of the axles on the trailer to keep the tow vehicle level.
There would be no issue with using a weight distribution hitch with either the # CSS-1195R or # F4118, though I recommend the # F4118 as it is adjustable.
To determine which weight distribution hitch you will need to know the total tongue weight of your setup which is the tongue weight of the trailer when it is fully loaded and ready to tow plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your Pathfinder. The easiest way to get an accurate tongue weight rating is with a tongue weight scale like the # e99044 but there are other methods outlined in the included help article.
For example the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control - Trunnion - 10,000 lbs GTW, 1,000 lbs TW # FA92-00-1000 works with total tongue weights between 600-1000lbs so this would more than likely work perfectly for your trailer. This hitch also has built in two point sway control to keep your trailer going straight down the highway. This hitch does not include a hitch ball so you will need 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286 to match the coupler on your TT.
If you find your total tongue weight does not fall in this range just let me know.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
