I have put a blue ox base plate on my traverse am now people are telling me I should not pull behind my motor home can you help me with an answer please

According to the owner's manual for your 2020 Chevrolet Traverse, you are able to flat tow it.
This is the reason the Blue Ox Base Plates, part # BX1734 and # BX1738, is compatible with your vehicle.
If you're looking to flat-tow, you should know their are additional components needed. Your Blue Ox base plate is compatible with the Avail Tow Bar, part # BX7420. This has a weight rating of 10,000 pounds and has the safety chains included.
You'll need wiring for your Traverse. I recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit, part # RM-154. It will hook up to your RV's 4-pole and power your Traverse's lights.
You'll also need a brake system. I recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. It's proportional and one of our most popular systems.
