Yes your 2020 Chevrolet can be flat towed I was able to determine this in your owner's manual. I've looked up the Blue Ox baseplates and found that you have two options depending on if you have adaptive cruise control or not.

For Adaptive cruise use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1738

Without adaptive cruise use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BX1734
