Question:
I recently lost my remote fob and need a replacement for unit described above. Will replacement be able to communicate with original board mounted in battery compartment? Thank You

The replacement remote part # LC292614 can pretty easily work with your Keystone Montana as a replacement for your lost one but you will need to program it.
I attached a picture that I took from the install instructions for the Replacement New-Style Linc Analog Remote # LC292614 which you referenced. The syncing process is outlined there.
