Question:

I have a 2012 keystone Montana 3150rl . I have followed the instructions multiple times and still nothing. I put new batteries in the remote that I just got in the mail because one battery was corroded.

Hey Mark,

This seems to be a typical issue with this remote # LC292614 that can usually be resolved by power cycling the system and then retrying the pairing process. Have you tried disconnecting power to the system for 10-15 mins to and then going through the pairing process?

@MarkL Based on what I can find from others who have purchased this remote there's about a 50-50 shot that it actually pairs and functions correctly. I've also seen a few reports where the batteries installed at the in the remote from the factory corroded and damaged the remote. I would check the batteries and if they're fine reach out to Lippert. Lippert can send you a warranty replacement and walk you through the pairing process over the phone so that you have someone right there if it continues to give you problems.
