Exact replacement for original, which is what I wanted. No hassle replacement. I chose E-trailer because of previous good experience. They are courteous and helpful.
I asked my RV repair company about the quality of Rec Pro compared to High Pointe microwaves and they said High Pointe was the only one they deal with. The unit I received was identical to the previous High Pointe, which lasted 9 years and was starting to fail.
Easy transaction and shipped fast.
First microwave was damaged by UPS. Within 24 hours customer service had another on the way. Very impressive. Neighbors in the campground couldn’t believe nor could I. You guys are great. Microwave was an exact replacement for a 9 year old one in our motor home. Have always had great service from etrailer and it still continues. Thanks Jamie and George and anybody else involved.
Microwave was exact fit to replace 14 yr. old model that stopped working. Also received matching trim piece. Only problem was 4 small screws not provided to attach trim to microwave. Only the 6 to attach trim to opening were provided. It also would have been nice to have those 6 trim screws in black instead of silver. Luckily, I saved screws from old unit. Overall, very happy with ordering and delivery process.
Not a lot of choices when replacing a built-in RV oven. I replaced a defective High Pointe with this one. Easy swap. The only negative is the strange logic for key presses for different functions that are not intuitive and require the manual occasionally.
After owning this for a year, I love it even more than when we first installed it. It was a perfect replacement for the one I accidentally destroyed. I love having the convenience of a microwave and convection oven in one small space. We own a truck camper so space is at a premium. This has performed perfectly. I have used the convection oven at least 30 times and the microwave more than that. No complaints, no issues. It was also a very easy install.
This is exactly what I wanted but doesn't fit in my old microwave's place so I had to modify the hole by cutting it bigger. It's also deeper than I anticipated so I'm going to have to build out the front. But I love the microwave/ convection oven.
The microwave was a perfect replacement for our 10 year old model High Pointe. It arrived securely packed and in excellent condition.
Fantastic service. Had my order in 3 days. I was afraid I wouldn’t have it for my next trip but I was pleasantly surprised. My microwave came in undamaged and everything fit beautifully. Will definitely be doing more business in the future.

I like this Microwave. It was a direct replacement for the original outdated Panasonic microwave convection oven original to the 2007 Winnebago view. It gave more of a modern look to the RV. It wasn’t hard for me to install. It doesn’t look out of place and very simple to install. Very quality. Thank you High Pointe.
Microwave arrived without damage, installation was in a Winnebago Era 170c and new unit was exact replacement for existing microwave unit. I used old trim surround as well as old screws. Unit was a bit heavier than anticipated, but one 75 year old did fine; watch sharp edges and remove trim piece before you finish sliding unit out and reinstall trim just before the final sliding in action. My Era has microwave at eye level so I needed to attach a thin rope to power plug a pre-feed through the hole to 110v plug in upper cabinet. Once the unit has been placed in opening there is too little room to reach around back. Overall, a nice unit and smooth installation.
We’ll let you know after we’ve had it awhile. Very pleased with service received at etrailer.
Stronger then original Microwave and this one has convection.
Works great, cooks great and easy to clean.
I would buy again.
