Question:
Is there a hitch that will fit this model vehicle? I have searched everywhere and cannot find a hitch that will suit this model with foglight.

We list only the Curt trailer hitch # C11317 that you referenced as a fit for the 2012 Subaru Impreza sedan WRX STi model. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view.
The instructions do not exclude models with that light at the bottom center, the hitch receiver should be below the rear fascia once installed. Not all models appear to have that light but they do have the the same fascia design and at least a spot for the light so it does not appear to be an issue.
If you plan on doing some towing use # C45521 for the ball mount and # F-4 for the pin and clip. For a ball you can use # 19256 for 1-7/8 inch diameter or # 19258 for a 2 inch diameter. For wiring, use # C56061 for a sedan or # 56111 for a 5-door wagon.
