Wiring [432000] - is the brown wire running lights and the red wire stop and turn? Thanks

You are correct. The wires on the Peterson Round Trailer Tail Light with License Plate Light, part # 432000, are as follows. The brown wire is the running light circuit and the red wire is the stop and turn signal circuit. The light gets grounded through the mounting bolts to the trailer frame so it will need to be mounted to a metal surface connected to the trailer frame.
