  The Trailer Tail Light - Stop, Turn, Tail - Incandescent - Round - Red Lens - Passenger Side, part # ST24RB, has studs that will screw into the frame of your trailer. Those studs will act as the ground for these lights. If the lights will not mount directly to the metal frame of your trailer, you will have to add a jumper wire to ground the lights.   On the Optronics 3-wire plugs the white is ground, red is turn signal/brake lights, and the black is for running lights. On your trailer green is likely the right turn signal/brake light wire, brown and tan are most likely running lights, and yellow is most likely left turn signal/brake lights. You will need to use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to test the wires on the trailer to confirm.

  The Round Trailer Tail Light # ST24RB grounds through the mounting studs so the two wires are all that is necessary for activating the stop/tail/turn signals of the light. The bulbs are dual intensity so each wire will control a different intensity of the bulb and then ground through the mounting studs.
