The closest replacement tires to the 18.5x8.5x8 tires you currently have is the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire - 215/60-8 - Load Range D # AM1HP28 which will be slightly shorter at 18.1" overall compared to 18.5", and will be slightly wider at 8.9" compared to 8.5" of your current tires.
This tire will fit a 8" wheel that is 7" wide which is likely what your current wheels are.
If you would like to replace the wheels as well we have the Kenda 215/60-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range C # AM3H310 which includes a white wheel with the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you mentioned.
I included videos for both of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
