The trailer tire size you referenced, 18.5 x 8.5-8, has a modern metric equivalent, which is size 215/60-8. This tire size fits rims that are 7-inches wide and when mounted and inflated the tire's overall diameter will be just over 18-inches. The linked article offers more information on tire sizes.
In this 215/60-8 size we offer both tires on their own and tires that are pre-mounted on wheels. If you wish to order just the tire itself without a wheel you can select from two options that are shown on the link provided. Part # AM1HP28 is a Load Range D bias ply trailer tire that is rated for a maximum load of 1165-lbs at 70-psi inflation pressure. If you do not need this much capacity you also have part # AM1HP26 which is rated for a maximum load of 935-lbs at 50-psi pressure.
If you prefer a tire-and-wheel combination you can use the other link provided. You will need to know your existing wheel bolt pattern in order to select a proper match. This size tire/wheel is offered in both 4-on-4-inch and 5-on-4-1/2-inch bolt patterns. You can click on the correct bolt pattern in the left-hand margin on the page to then see just the compatible options. If you trailer uses a 5-on-4-1/2-inch bolt pattern you will again have the option to choose one of three different tire load ranges.
Always be sure to keep all your trailer tires inflated to the full pressure indicated on the tire's sidewall. Trailer tires should never be operated in an under- or over-inflated condition.
