I have a 2018 F150 with a 5.5 bed. I need a replacement cover but not sure which on I need. It appears to be plastic material.

It seems like you have the RetraxONE MX # RT60373. If that's the case, here is the 5-1/2 foot replacement cover # RT64373 for your 2018 Ford F-150.

The Replacement Cover for RetraxONE MX Hard Tonneaus #RT64373 that you referenced does come with the bearings on the sides of the cover. There isn't a way to replace just the bearings so this would be what you'd need to fix your cover.
